Surprisingly, I find myself facing what I jokingly refer to as the “Writer’s 15,” an extra 6.8 kilograms stealthily added to my petite frame. While I can grasp the concept of “The Freshman 15” among college coeds, given their newfound food freedom, I’m a bit baffled as to how this happened to me, someone five-plus decades away from coed status.
